When it's usually packed on the weekends, we thought we'd just come on a weeknight and although it's not as packed, there was quite a number of tables filled with grumbling tummies and those watching games on the big screen. As we sat down, we quickly skimmed through the menu and it didn't take us long to decide what to have tonight.
Chicken Parmigiana, a classic but a goodie. Thick cut crumbed chicken breast topped with ham, cheese and tomato sauce served w a side of beer battered chips and fresh mix salad. A generous portion and definitely good chicken parmy. It was hot when it arrived on our table and the salad was also generous. Overall, an enjoyable dish to have.
Caesar Salad, another classic but oh boy, the salad here is definitely a must try. Filled with freshly cut cos lettuce, croutons, bacon, parmesan cheese and boiled egg. The caesar sauce was just right, not too citrusy or too rich.
Would not mind ordering any of these two dishes next time I am back here to dine.
