'Spicy Chicken & Coriander Salad' comes with fresh green mix, crispy wonton, grilled chicken breast with a warm spicy lime dressing. An interesting salad compared to your usual Caesar or Garden but it was actually..... not bad. More crispy wonton please. The dressing had a slight tanginess to it but not too much. The amount of grilled chicken breast was okay but overall, everything was well mixed. Very refreshing salad to have on a hot day.
'Gourmet Salami Sandwich' was a simple sandwich with salami, rocket, semi-dried tomatoes, swiss cheese and aioli. It did look very lonely being on the plate alone with no sides to go with it. The sandwiches offered here comes in a variety of different bread base such as white, wholemeal, turkish bread, multi grain and gluten free, of which we chose the turkish bread. The turkish bread had a nice charring on the top and the filling was not too bad but more salami and swiss cheese would've been good as there was only about a few thin slices of salami through it all. So every bite seemed to have had more rocket than anything else.
'Chicken Breast Parmigiana', chicken breast schnitzel topped with ham, tomato and mozarella served with a side of salad and chips. Well fried and non-oily chips with the salad being a mixture of greens, mostly rocket topped with coleslaw. The chicken parmigiana itself was not that big in size but will suffice for one. The crumb was slightly on the thicker side and the tomato sauce was nothing special but was pleased to seeing the mozarella nicely grilled covering the whole entire schnitzel.
