'Pork ribs in peking sauce w rice' was a plate topped w a bowl of rice with somewhat a sweet and sour sauce similarity with chunks of pineapple pieces on the side. The ribs was alright but there was about 1/4 of it where it just had minimal meat so it was just trying to chew off the little meat. The pineapple gave the dish that slight balance of the sweetness but, maybe it didn't really work as well. Not so worth it for its price as I felt that for the same price, another dish would be better and bigger, also.. tastier.
'Chow Mein w Beef in Black Bean Sauce' with a mixture of chunky vegetables with thick black bean gravy like sauce. Good to see big strips of beef of which I think would've been good if they could just slice it as it takes a lot of chewing to just try and get through them. The black bean sauce was well balanced and everything was fully coated with it not making the thin egg noodles soggy.
