Max Brenner, one of those chocolate places where you wish they would extend their opening hours. Sometimes when you feel like getting your sweet fix after dinner, it is sometimes rather hard finding a place to go to and now, the only dessert places that is open at night would either be at south side or west end and maybe the city but then, having an only dessert restaurant itself then omits many options. Always a great place to meet up with friends or during a date night or even with a family however do know that there are usually long queues during peak hours especially weekends and friday nights.
'Cappucinno' ($3.90) and 'Latte' ($3.90) was made well however due to the windy weather during the morning, the leaves from the trees kept falling down so it was quite annoying having to have to pick up the yellow leaves off the drinks. But then of course, the outside seatings suited us more rather than indoors as although it was windy, it was still a pleasant weather.
Having a simple waffle by itself is sometimes better rather than having all the fruits, ice cream and whipped cream to drench itself over the crunchy moist waffle. So by having the waffle alone topped with a drizzle of milk chocolate was quite lovely however the waffle did get cold quite easily as well as I did think the waffles were abit dry and brittle as well as the size of waffles could have been bigger but then, I can't really complain as it isn't made in house. However, I really wish sometimes some places do offer a big or at least a medium size waffles as waffles are quite hard to find in Brissie, but as for pancakes, there are many of them around.
