Kinn Thai is one of the many restaurants in Westfield Garden City's forecourt. Kinn Thai may just be the only Thai restaurant in the mall and with stunning views of the outdoor garden and fresh air, you sure are missing out if you don't give this a try whether it may be for lunch or dinner..

'Pad Thai' ($16) is a traditional stir fried thin rice noodle with egg, bean sprouts and crushed peanuts. The price differs according to the meat you choose. Some pad thai I feel uses thinner rice noodles whilst some uses a mixture of thin and also fatter rice noodles, it does not affect the taste however only the outlook.

The spices and herbs allows the dish to be well balanced but I found some to be soggier meaning that they might have either overcooked a bit of the noodles or left it abit too long sitting in the pan. But overall, it was a great dish to eat with full of flavour.

'Green Curry' ($16) consists of a Thai curry flavoured with green chilli paste, bean, bamboo shoot, eggplant, kaffir lime leaves and Thai basil. The choice of meat you are allowed to choose from is only Chicken or Beef in which I usually recommends and love Chicken with Green Curry. Out of all the curries available, I always go for the Green Curry as I feel it allows the authenticity of Thailand to come alive rather than the Penang or Massaman Beef curry. This curry is quite spicy, spicier than other curries I have eaten even if you do say you would like it less spicy but it still turns out spicy. Don't forget to order Jasmine or Coconut rice to accompany your curry as it is just the best pairing. The bamboo shoot and eggplant combined well along with the Kaffir lime leaves and Thai basil allows the curry to have a nice delicious smell.
