Guyliannnnnnnn... Oh, chocolate goodness.. Oh, Lindt, Godiva, Haigh's, Hersheys, Royce and so many more chocolate brands that you could ever think of. Well, I think they really need more specialized chocolate stores in Brissie I might say, other than San Churros or Max Brenner or Monty's or Dello Mano and so on. Originated from Belgium in 1960, sold in more than 100 countries worldwide, you may know their famous Guylian seashells too and they still remain faithful to their original praline recipe..

We ordered two drinks for ourselves, a flat white ($4) and a Guylian dark hot chocolate ($7) which for some reason, I can only find the Flat White photo but not the Guylian Dark Hot Chocolate photo.. It it similar to the Lindt hot chocolate though, where you are given an empty mug and frother chocolate milk in a metal jug, with a square of Guylian dark hot chocolate placed inside the empty mug. The method again, is simply to pour the hot frothed chocolate milk inside your empty mug yourself, leaving you to indulge both sensation and control the way you like your hot chocolate to be.
Since it wasn't late at night nor was it at noon, we just wanted to relax somewhere for a bit before going off for dinner. 'Dark Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake' ($15) which was 65% dark chocolate baked cheesecake with cream cheese and raspberry coulis. The dark chocolate was not too sweet and combined well with the raspberry cream cheese. The touch of raspberry coulis dots and dark chocolate was a nice touch for presentation rather than the cake being on the plate just by itself. Though I think that ordering one cake was enough for the two of us, since it was a rich cake and the flavours were all packed in.
