Spring, Felix St, Brisbane CBD

Another visit down to Spring to have lunch on a sunny day.. Located in the corner of Felix and Mary St in the CBD, you do have to walk abit to get here... I remember the last visit of mine here was for dinner with a group of friends... Wonderful food and atmosphere..
Their lunch menu varies from burgers to sandwiches, steaks to fish and chips and so on.. They also have sides, starters and desserts.. Just your typical menu I guess.. Ordered their 'Wagyu Beef Burger' ($18) which came with shoestring fries.. When it came out, it was simple, placed on a wooden board, serviette under the burger and the bowl of shoestring fries..
The burger itself was quite simple though I found that the wagyu was bit burnt on the sides which I wasn't too happy about... The bun was soft and was not dry..
The shoe string fries was really nice, it didn't have an overload of salt which some places do that.. A bowl of it seemed like it wasn't much but it ended up going well and filling as well...
'Reuben' sandwich ($12) which consisted of pastrami, sauerkraut and swiss cheese.. Another simple dish and also came along with shoe string fries..
The bread was abit harder and crustier than the burger bun... Though it had that nice blend of the different taste of swiss cheese and the sauerkraut along with the pastrami...
