Passione Gelateria & Dessert Bar, Teneriffe, Brisbane

After a Japanese dinner we had near Tenerifee, I had recommended and wanted to go to Passione Gelateria & Dessert Bar in Teneriffe.. I remember this little Gelateria and Dessert Bar when I went to Teneriffe Festival last year with a few mates of mine.. And while we were enjoying the drinks and looking around and watching the entertainment, I had a chance to try their waffles, and since then, I may say that I love their waffles...But since then, I haven't had the chance to come back again, and now, I finally have...


Located in Teneriffe next to various restaurants and cafes... The location is within an old bricked company building... maybe a factory?

 A blackboard sign out front displaying the specials.. The entrance of the place... Did I tell you that they don't only sell Gelateria and Desserts but also sell savoury tapas...
 And yes, this is the place where everyone seems to know as the dessert place that sells the $120 chocolate with the real gold pieces...
 Various desserts in the fridge that they have when you enter the bar inside, and there were chocolates, cheesecakes, gelatos, tiramisus and cakes... They are the place where homemade gelatos are made and Belgium waffles as well...

Gelato
Chocolate Pistachio
 Was really excited about this... Not sure why, maybe I was with a loved company and going to be accompanied by good desserts as well.. and since he hasn't tried this and haven't been here before, I recommended this place for the dessert...
Flat White
 Ordered the typical, usual flat white.. and cutely, he got given a heart on his flat white... I didn't really feel like drinking anything chocolatey, due to the fact that I thought our desserts would be as sweet as it would be... so I just opted for the water...
Banana Lovers Waffle
 And oh my gosh, the waffles came... Ordered the Banana Lovers Waffles... This had the belgium waffles and caramelised bananas served with cream and Macadamian Gelato...
 The waffles here, oh my goodness... I seriously have to say that they might be the best ones I have tried around.. I don't know if there are better waffles than here, but if there are, please let me know...
Berry Cheesecake
 I don't really remember what this Berry Cheesecake had consisted but it was delicious... 

 the gelato which I think was strawberry was just okay, i preferred the macadamian better.. and then there were sliced strawberry and berry compote drizzled in dark chocolate... The gelatos, both the macadamian and the strawberry had the little crunchiness inside... 
I would definitely recommend Passione for desserts or if you just are around, or on a date, this is a nice and sweet place to go, both for their coffees and for their desserts.. and as for the waffles, it is a must-try.. definitely..So both was a good choice for desserts for us tonight and both of us did enjoy it...
